Sizing details

Our sinks are available in 6 sizes, from 10” to 20” in diameter. Each one is handmade, so minor variations in size (±1 cm) or motif proportions are normal. See the product description for full dimensions.

Care instructions

Our sinks are glazed and water-resistant. Simply clean with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh abrasives or acidic products to protect the painted surface and brass strainer.

Shipping and Packaging

We offer fast and secure worldwide shipping via DHL or FedEx. Delivery takes about 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Each sink is double-boxed, wrapped in bubble wrap, and cushioned with foam on all six sides to ensure safe delivery.

A tracking number is always provided.

Warranty

All sinks are covered by a 1-year warranty for craftsmanship or material defects.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll send a free replacement at no cost. We may ask for photos to process your claim quickly and efficiently.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange your sink within 21 days of delivery.
It must be in original condition and packaging. Once received, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement. We’re committed to making sure you’re fully satisfied.
